I love brie. OMG.
I just bought the little baby bels that you have to peel the wax off of. The smoked gouda is NOT very smoked, nor gouda-y so the only recommendation is the wax part.
Wow that must be a $50 hunk of cheese. I also like to eat the wax coating!
