  1. I know you wore that hippie shirt as a secret shout out to me. Message rec’d. I’m your number one fan. How much money do you make from your blog and should I buy black boots or brown boots. We were meant to be together. We should txt. I still have those strands of your hair you left in my shower. And the empty beer cans.

  2. youre freaking joking GLOBE AND MAIL!!!!!?!??! could you please send out a fb message to everyone on the day it comes out so i can buy the paper that day?

  3. Time to whip out my creepy reader hat: I love your new hair colour. The black wasn’t bad, but the lighter shade really emphasizes just how pretty you are. Are you going to try to go any lighter?

I know this isn’t any of my business, but was the colouring process more than $200? My hairstylist said he wanted to do something fun with my hair colour, but I’m pretty sure he quoted $300 as the price. Maybe I’m cheap, but $300 seems like an insane amount.

Anyway, I wish you all the best! Relationship issues are incredibly tough and stressful, but as time goes on it does get better. In the meantime, dig for good breakup stories from you parents. Honestly, when I was going through a breakup that was so bad it required Haldol to keep me sane, the one thing that sticks out in my mind is the story my dad told about a girl breaking up with him, and him wanting to hop a train to Mexico. So random, so comforting.

  4. way to go babe – Canada’s National Newspaper – your grandfather JRW would be so proud (me too)!

  5. i was just thinking about that/him/it – tin ribs. xo

for what was done on my head it would cost you 200. are you going from a blond base to start or from dark? this is my third hair lightening treatment/phase. can’t do it all in one go or you’ll fry yer hair out. i do plan to go a bit lighter yes.

  6. My hair is naturally a medium brown colour, but I have fading highlights (that I can’t wait to get ride of) so I don’t know if that makes the colouring process more complex. God has blessed me with many premature grey hairs, so I’m eager to have it coloured in order to cover up my old woman hair. I should probably just call my stylist and see if I misheard the $300+ quote.
