And from what I can see, so true.

I think that clearly there is some bias or people have something against actual blogging because for the most part, many of those sites in a few of the particular categories we’re referring to, were compiled of sponsored posts, look at my kids posts (which can be a bit much and don’t they realize this is the internet? Exploit yourself, not your children!) and some were just not even updated on the regular, let alone the content. But hey, they had ads everywhere. This doesn’t go for every single blog that was nominated – at least one of them seemed fairly decent in the one category – but that still doesn’t explain the ones that were as good or better that were shut-out.

You not even being nominated in a Top 5 for Lifetime Achievement is just straight up bullshit and makes absolutely no f’n sense at all. It just tells me that these awards, which I thought were supposed to be cool and represent an awesome Canada with great blogs – is actually just a promo machine for a select group.

Clearly it not an impartial jury.
