New Orleans is a character just as much as the people are. Just like ‘Heart is a Lonely Hunter’, where the setting is really the protag. The two books are woven together and further woven into a film called ‘A Love Song For Bobby Long’ if you don’t read much. And you Raymi are Bobby Long, or at least you will be SOMEDAY…. <3
