(great job!) i just got back from a solo two week trip to iceland…and i have to say…i thought about you while i was there….andddd your article certainly hit home, i felt like it was speaking to and about me.
super single-forever-me def fell for an icelandic viking man. met him at a local bar in reykjavik. he took me sight-seeing each day, on dates, to his cottage in the countryside. it was like the dreamiest thing ever. i did not see that coming, at all. he will be visiting canada shortly. i thought about you and how you follow your heart, and being brave enough to see where it takes you. it’s not always easy to do, but here i go! also, you really articulated a lot of other reasons why travel is so rich and liberating. cheers love, all the best to you!! thanks again for sharing that article, it really hit home with me like i can not even described (though i just tried).
