It was Janet whu picked the cyclist off the ground and took her to hospital.

Also , what the hell do the cops think they are doing chasing down a suspect in a busy area so innocent people can get run over ? Thats what happened to her, it was a police pursuit. I hope she sues. It is not worth going after a thug when innocent people are in the way. The cops need to slow down the testosterone and think with the right head!
