Just popped in and confused a little about the sober bit, but happy to hear it’s going well. I’ve given up drinking for health and it’s great… now the coffee is another story. I get crazy headaches the days I don’t drink it. Tried switching to Tea and it works a bit..but not the same. You have any tricks for saying NO to coffee?
