I have to say that I am very confused by the cleanse, what you can have and not have.

Its amazing that you haven’t flipped out yet with the alchol and caffeine withdrawal.
(Did you know I don’t drink at all during the week and I never drink coffee?hehe)

But I am addicted to food.

What I don’t understand about the cleanse is
you are eating fruits and salads and rice so this really isn’t about weight loss?

Its about getting the poisons out of your system (alchol,sugar,smoke,junk,etc.)
Is this what its all about?
