also, tell your mom that antidepressants don’t make panic attacks disappear :) I’ve been on one for a year and still get them allll the time. Last one was two days ago on my way to the salon. Colorist was kind enough not to mention or ask why my roots were all sweaty as she did my foils.
I think people are just born prone to anxiety or not. Might as well get drunk.

people who have frequent panic attacks who go on a low dose antidepressant find the attacks just disappear

so stress, depression,genetics & chemical imbalances bring them on
but a short term dose of antidepressants will take them away when you are sick of dealing with them all the time

pot & alchol just mask if for awhile but doesn’t make it go away, just worsens it with more chemical imbalance
