she seems very grounded, more than i first thought.
I was diggin’ her on the Kerouac stuff because I am related
to Marlon Brando, well through marridge, but his son Christian and Sister Cheyanne are my 4th cousins. I love degrees of separation, keeps us all a bit edgy, and a bit more fascinating than we really are.

It’s f-ed up what some of us females have to go through in order to fully appreciate our bodies. i have been dealing with chronic illness for many years — most of my youth– (I am finally starting to heal) and now my definition of a “good body” is a healthy one. I finally appreciate being able to work out again. i was so chronically fatigued five years ago I couldn’t even walk around the block. now I can go to the gym and i am amazed by just being able to use my body — whether to lift weights or run or do pilates or kayak. a healthy body is a truly amazing gift.
