Ladies…seriously…you guys brought to the table what nobody else was bringin’!!! It’s a shame that so many people get caught up in the wrong side of things to the point that they a) forgot what we were there for and b) attacked you guys ~ some of the most relevant people to the issue in the entire room! Having you there was also awesome to completely throw off the aesthetic of the ‘typical’ panel and to put you smack in front of the audience to say “this IS what the Internet looks like”.

People think change has to be all boring and techy and policy wonk but really, this is exactly why I’m organizing an Internet Dance Party in Van – so that people can come out, *be aware* of the issue and dance/drink the night away!!!

Wish you guys could be there next week!

Sass and Raymi, you guys are so awesome for doing this, I’m really pleased with how it all went. And I’m even more impressed now after seeing you put bitter tech heads in their place.

You’ve already helped bring some much needed passion and life into this issue.

Ok, gotta run to the Ottawa town hall happening in a few hours. I wish you and Sass were here!
