re: gym – now that it’s warmer i rely on walking, biking and longboarding but i also do sit-ups nearly every nite and tricep extensions. haven’t done wii in awhile.

So fortunate, I won’t say lucky because luck doesn’t have anything to do with making friends and having connections with ppl. I have been trying to find a shampoo/conditioner to get rid of the wicked build up from Herble Essence but I haven’t really found anything amazing that’s not expensive.

hmmmm…well, i guess it was not so sad that bumble and bumble thickening spray changed my life.
F’in great hair days now all around!
My hair is maniacal (sp?)
No but seriously, you need to try it.
Its’ not only for fine hair. It’s like magic.
