I always have this hour long debate in my head about whether or not I’m being a horrible person by NOT doing something.

Inevitably I get so scared that the person is dying and I call and have to be on the phone with the cops for an hour giving arbitrary details just to hear chicka screaming the next night like the gates of hell have been opened up and she is slowly burning.

But I am a good citizen!…right?
