Great story Raymi. The tenants at the apartment that I own are so freaky that they even did a news story about one of the owners (who’s a lawyer) who sued another tenant. The bottom line is that because of this no strata title management company is going to go near us now. I cannot believe how petty their disagreements are!

I guess it doesn’t matter where you live in this wonderful country, even in Calgary they have f’tards for supers. I called to complain about the smell of Carbon Monoxide and got told to “calm down” and ” don’t worry my pretty little head” about 10 hours later, in the middle of the night of course… Fire alarm goes off (as it does at least once a week, we have a “wood burner/varathaner” as well) and 7 firetrucks later, complete evacuation, 3-4 hours later. Carbon Monoxide is at level 26. Safe level is 12. But hey, I was just some crazy bitch. It’s like apartment supers don’t give a shit unless it’s their suite that is burning in flames or it effects them from having to get off their couch.

Anyways, GOOD FOR YOU! I think everyone in my building hates me too.

p.s “Apparently” according to our management if your sliding door won’t open it means you have set your heat too high….or that at 4am in the morning your building pipes will burst, leaving you with no water and an ice rink for a lobby. I LOVE APARTMENT LIVING… *sarcasm*
