hey raymi – neat to read your addiction alcoholism thing – and the bipolar thing – since i have all that too, as well you know. huh. over ten months now no booze or drugs. i also stopped the wellbutrin three days ago. it’s just another rut and it doesn’t help. i find myself counting down until it is time to take another one. and it really isn’t commonly indicated for bipolar disorder but my shrink thought it was OK. he also had me on some weird ass sleep meds for awhile. fuck it. i don’t want any of it. i am tired of not knowing who i am normal. my face looks clearer. i suffer people’s bulshit less. i am guarded about who is around me. by the way sorry i didn’t see you last time up – busy. decorating. condo. it snowed. nice new website! hi phil! from la la land, willheim
